Courses/Workshop Refund Policy

If Ark of Joan cancels a course/workshop in which you have registered and fees have been paid, an offer will be made to transfer the course/workshop fees to another upcoming course/workshop. If this offer is not accepted, a full refund of the course/workshop fee will be approved. Please allow up to three weeks for the refund to be processed.

Cancellation of your registration within 14 working days of course/workshop commencement will incur 50% of the workshop fee. Please speak to staff about the option of transferring course/workshop fee to an upcoming course/workshop.

No refunds are available once a course/workshop has commenced.

Non-attendance at your chosen course/workshop does not warrant a refund, however substitutes are accepted should you not be able to attend a course/workshop in which
you have registered.

Under exceptional circumstances Ark of Joan may give a refund. If you consider that you have a basis for such a claim, you will be required to apply for a refund in writing and provide relevant documentary evidence to substantiate your claim.

Ark of Joan reserves the right to alter any of the arrangements for classes either before or during training as required.
