| Spiritual and Psychic Development Ongoing classes
If you've ever been curious about your own psychic and spiritual connections but didn't know what do about it, then this development class is for you! Come along each Saturday morning to participate in activities designed to sharpen your psychic abilities.
A perfect class for those who have completed our One Day Workshop or 8 week course on Psychic and Spiritual Development, as having a basis to work from is highly recommmended. If you are looking to learn about this area, we strongly recommend taking one of the courses first (follow the links above for more info).

| Reiki Share
Have you completed a Reiki course? If you have, and you would like to keep a regular practice, we hold a Reiki share every Sunday morning at the Ark. Come along to spend some time giving and recieving Reiki - what a lovely start to a Sunday morning! If you are interested in experiencing Reiki for the first time, come along and enjoy a taste of what Reiki can do!
