Usui Shiki Ryoho - Reiki Level I
Reiki is a hands on healing modality that is well recognised as a stress reduction/relaxation technique that produces profound effects.
In western reiki, there are 3 levels to undertake in your training. This Level One course is is all about Self - mastery. You are learning to heal yourself and others. You will learn the history, principals and techniques involved in reiki.
The course is conducted in a personalised manner. Each level includes theory and practical exercises.

Food as Medicine I
Learn about Food as Medicine philosophy, how to balance your meals and increase your energy, Taste and learn about Superfoods; legumes; and sprouts; nuts and seeds; alternative grains. We will make and taste: Green smoothies; Bliss balls; dehydrator crackers; raw granola; super smoothie, raw chocolate and a coconut spice medaly salad. Many recipes provided to easily create delicious, healthy food at home.

Journey The Fool - Tarot Major Arcana
The journey of the Fool/Seeker will focus upon his/her journey through the Major Arcana to the final destination point of 'The Worlde'. The tools to bring include your Rider Waiter tarot deck, journal, pen, coloured and lead pencils. A second deck can be brought to use in conjuction. You will learn a lot about yourself, have fun and develop a constructive knowledge of the tarot.

Communicating with Confidence
Until you have found your point of power, your essential self, public presentation will lack incisiveness and conviction, will skate over the surface communicating little of value. So, these workshops are full of practical experience, a search for that elusive quality that is essential for any true communicator.
When you need to speak spontaneously to a group, you must express enthusiasm and sincerity, and at the same time find the inspired words, passionate words, sensitive words, whatever is needed, while maintaining your personal authority. To be completely in command of the situation, you must come from a completely secure place. You will find the appropriate words if you come from your point of inner stillness where nothing is impossible to deal with. Greg will lead you to that point.

Channelling
Channeling is a means of inviting spirit in to communicate with others. People who channel use their psychic gifts of hearing, seeing, feeling or knowing to receive messages or information which can be passed on to others. Channeling can take many forms and is a wonderul skill to develop.

Runes
This workshop will focus on two areas - the Anglo Saxon Futhark and is sister the Futharc the English runes. Their history plus mythology will be looked at. The names and writings of these shapes, four spreads, plenty of practice plus a little divination. The Celts, Anglo-Saxons and Norse had an enchanted view of the natural landscape, thus we will be entering into a different timeframe where magic was everywhere. Participants will need to bring a journal.

Chakras, Colours, Crystals
Awaken the 8 chakras with the guidance of Qwan Yin, Goddess of Mercy and Compassion. Throughout the day we will work with the chakras throughmusic, drumming, colour, crystals, meditation and healing. Please bring a journal to record experiences and comfortable clothing.

In western reiki, there are 3 levels to undertake in your training. This Level Two course is the opportunity for you to learn to operate as a Reiki Practitioner. You will undertake training and attunement to the sacred symbols used in Usui Reiki. This course is only available to students who have previously completed an appropriate Level Two course.
The course is conducted in a personalised manner. Each level includes theory and practical exercises.
